We always do our best to get you to your destination in a safe and timely manner.
Sometimes, things happen and a train or shuttle is cancelled. If your train has been cancelled, we’ll automatically rebook you onto the next available departure. When possible, we may offer bus or shuttle service between stations if the next train departure is not available.
If you’re unable to travel on the next available departure, you may cancel or make changes to your ticket using our website or app. For steps on managing your tickets, check out the article "Managing your reservation."
