If you experience a delay or cancellation, we’ll offer complimentary snack and drink service in-station and onboard beginning at 15 minutes past scheduled departure time.
In the event your delay or cancellation exceeds 30 minutes, we’ll provide you with complimentary travel credits in values determined based on duration of delay or cancellation experienced, circumstance of delay, and other factors.
Make sure your ticket is associated with your Brightline Account to receive Credits, and please allow up to 5 business days for the Credits to reflect in your Brightline Wallet.
