If you'll be traveling in or with a wheelchair, you can add wheelchair preferences when booking your ticket.
On Web
To begin, navigate to our website to choose your departure and arrival stations, then date(s) of travel. Then, click on the passenger count selector button below the station and departure date fields.
Click the checkbox next to "Wheelchair Seat(s)" to add the number of passengers to your search, then click the "Search Tickets" button.
While we'll always choose the best seat available, guests are welcome to change to any other open seat. After choosing your departure and return times and classes of service, review your automatic seat assignment by clicking "Edit Seats."
In Mobile App
To begin, navigate to our app and choose your departure and arrival stations, then date(s) of travel. Then, click on the wheelchair icon on the bottom of the screen. Click the check box for any guest traveling in or with a wheelchair, then click "Continue."
Then, click "Edit Seats" to view onboard accommodations. While we'll always choose the best seat available, guests are welcome to change to any other open seat.
Continue through any remaining steps to complete your reservation.
