Effective March 19, 2024, there are updates to SMART and PREMIUM service. Here’s what you need to know so you can plan accordingly.
Do I get multiple vouchers for multiple people in my party?
No. Vouchers are issued per reservation.
Are there any limitations to the vouchers?
Vouchers are provided to guests who book in PREMIUM and can only be used to or from one of our stations — up to 4 hours before scheduled train departure or after train arrival.
What should I do if I didn’t receive a voucher?
First, check that your trip qualifies. Vouchers are issued per one-way trip reservation in PREMIUM. Look for an email from noreply@uber.com and check your spam folder. If you have an existing Uber account and the phone number matches your Brightline account, the voucher will be automatically applied. If you still need assistance, please reach out to us.
