Surface Parking Information for Brightline Guests 

General Parking Information

Brightline Guests can take advantage of three new open-air surface parking lots adjacent to Orlando Station for only $20 a day. Here are the addresses:

Epass Parking

For guests using EPass, here's what you need to know:

  • Surface Lots Access: EPass accounts grant access to all surface parking lots available at Brightline's Orlando Station, including Surface Lot 1, Surface Lot 2, and Surface Lot 3.
  • EPass Activation for Parking: If your EPass account is newer, parking may already be activated on your account. In such cases, you can utilize the parking facilities seamlessly without additional steps.
  • Contacting CFX for Activation: For older EPass accounts or E-Pass was ordered online, where parking is not yet activated, you can easily contact CFX (Central Florida Expressway Authority) to activate parking on your account. Simply reach out to CFX through their number: (407) 823-7277. Once activated, you'll be able to enjoy parking benefits at Brightline's Orlando Station.
  • New Account Options: New EPass accounts provide the option to opt-in for parking benefits during the sign-up process. By selecting this option, you can ensure that parking is activated on your account from the beginning, streamlining your travel experience.

SunPass Plus Parking Information

For guests using SunPass Plus, here's what you need to know:

  • Access to Surface Lots: SunPass Plus provides convenient access to all surface parking lots available at Brightline's Orlando Station, including Surface Lot 1, Surface Lot 2, and Surface Lot 3.
  • Activation Requirements: To activate SunPass Plus for parking, you must have an automatic payment method linked to your SunPass account. This ensures seamless entry and exit from the parking facilities.
  • Automatic Payment Method: Ensure that your SunPass account has an automatic payment method set up. If your account has sufficient funds, you'll be able to access the parking lots without any hassle.
  • Account Balance: It's important to maintain a sufficient balance in your SunPass account to cover parking fees. If your account has enough funds, you can enter and exit the parking lots smoothly.
