Why can’t I add a Brightline+ ride to my train ticket?
We have a variety of mobility partners to get you to and from the station. These are bookable directly through those partners!
I have a Brightline+ Uber ride scheduled for a future trip. What happens if I need to cancel or modify this ride?
Brightline+ Uber rides scheduled for a future ride will be honored until April 14, 2024. Starting March 14, 2024, Uber rides will need to be booked directly through the Uber App. PREMIUM Guests will receive a $10 voucher to be used towards their Uber ride.

What’s changed about the PREMIUM Brightline+ offer?
To provide more flexibility to our PREMIUM Guests, we are now offering a $10 Uber voucher. This new experience enables you to select any type of Uber ride, not just Uber X. And you’ll have the ability to tip your Uber drivers and schedule the rides according to your plans.
