A vehicle will be considered abandoned if it has been in the same place for longer than seven (7) days. If you are traveling for business and your dates exceed that time frame, please notify the Parking Operator in advance.
The purchase of a Brightline parking pass does not nullify these terms but simply offers a flat rate for daily parking for an extended period of time. Brightline is neither the owner nor operator of any of our Parking Garages, and anyone who parks their vehicle at these locations is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the owner/operator and also the terms clearly stated in the Brightline Terms of Service.
We do not have the ability to address any matters related to vehicles towed from any of the facilities listed above. Any disputes regarding parking should be directed to the Parking Owner and/or Operator, whose contact information is outlined in our Terms of Service.
