Navigate to our website and click Login on the top right corner of your browser window.
On the bottom of the Login window, click Forgot Password, then enter your registered email address. You will receive your password reset link to your inbox in a few minutes afterward.
Click on Reset Password in the email you will receive from Brightline.
Enter your new password, ensuring your password meets security requirements.
Once you complete that step, click on Reset Password to confirm the change. You will also receive another email confirming that your password has been changed.
Note: If you do not receive a password reset link to your inbox, please attempt to create an account instead under Sign Up using the email address you're attempting to access to recover your account.
