With fixed-rate savings and a seamless booking experience, you can start exploring (and saving) right away.
How far in advance can I book my rides?

- South Florida Passes: Your Pass is active for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, and you may book within a 7 day period of each travel date. This is a 7 day window from the current booking date. This is a continuous 7-day rolling window which moves while your Pass is active.
- Orlando Pass: Your Pass is active for 60 calendar days from the date of purchase and booking window will reduce with each passing day until the Pass is fully expired 60 days after purchase.
Can I book the day of my trip?
Yes, you may book the day of your trip, however busy trains may have limited or no inventory available.
Can I use these Passes for PREMIUM rides?
No. Brightline Passes are currently available for SMART class only.
Do unused rides roll over?
No. Any unused rides will expire at the end of the pass validity period (30 or 60 days from purchase).
Can I buy more than one Pass at a time?
Yes, you may buy more than one Pass at a time, but we recommend tracking your usage and expiration dates carefully.
Can I pick my seat when booking my ride?
For rides to and from Orlando, you will have the option to select your seat. For rides within South Florida, seats will be automatically assigned.
Will I always get a seat?
Seats are subject to availability, especially during peak travel times. We recommend booking early for best results. Rides within South Florida (between Miami and West Palm Beach) may be booked up to 7 days in advance of your trip. Rides to or from Orlando may be booked up to 60 days in advance of your trip.
