Boarding closes five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you've missed the train you had booked using your Brightline pass, please see a Guest Services Agent in-station to assist with rescheduling your trip. Please note there the rescheduling of your trip may incur a fare difference, or proceed to book the next available departure using an additional ticket from your pass.
We recommend our guests arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure, and if plans change, updates to your reservation can be made up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure through our app or in any Brightline station in order to maintain eligibility for travel credits. A fare difference will apply if applicable.
