Creating a Brightline account with us is easy, and an important part of your travel experience.
In App
To create an account, navigate to our app and click create an account link on the app home screen, or tap the Profile icon on the bottom right corner of your device screen.
Then, add your desired email address, create a password and click Continue.
Fill in all of the required fields and click Continue
Finish set up by selecting your authentication method and click Continue
Remember: check your email, or text messages after account creation to verify your account using the six digit code that was provided and get ready to ride!
On Desktop Web
Navigate to our website and click Login on the top right corner of your browser window.
On the bottom of the sign in window, click Sign up, then enter your desired email address and password, ensuring your password meets security requirements.
Fill out all of the required fields and click Continue.
Complete signing up for your account by selecting you authentication method and click Continue
Remember: check your email, or text messages after account creation to verify your account using the six digit code that was provided and get ready to ride!
Please note: The email address and birthday added to Brightline Accounts cannot be changed. Please verify your information for accuracy before completing the Account Creation process!
