Payments shall be made to Travel Agent within 8 weeks after the close of the previous calendar quarter.
Do we get commission on bookings paid with credits or vouchers?
No, payments made with credits or vouchers are not an applicable form of payment to incur a commission.
Can we accrue loyalty points as Travel advisors?
No, Travel Advisors are not eligible to be Brightline Loyalty members using their agent accounts.
Can I have a Brightline Agent assist me with a new booking or a ticket modification?
Reservations, changes, and cancellations made through the Guest Connections Team may incur a Convenience Fee and are no longer commissionable. All Travel agents can modify or cancel trips, though fare differences and fees may apply. Smart Saver fares cannot be modification.
