We recommend canceling at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to receive 100% of your ticket value in Brightline Credits.

To receive 100% of your ticket value in Brightline Credits, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
If you cancel at least 30 minutes prior to departure, you’ll receive 50% of your ticket value in Brightline Credits.
SMART SAVER –
We recommend canceling at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to receive 10% of your ticket value in Brightline Credits.
