Brightline provides refunds in the form of travel credits. Travel credits can be redeem toward tickets, Train Passes, Parking Passes, adding Extras, Upgrades or other purchases available on our website or app.
To ensure you receive your credit for canceling a reservation, modifying your trip or returning a Train or Parking Pass, create and log into your Brightline Account. When applied, Credits will appear in your Account Wallet.
